Hardware Quality Engineer — NPI & Manufacturing | Guadalajara

The Mill is seeking a Product Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In this role, you will ensure that hardware products meet quality standards and lead efforts from prototype through to mass production.

Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in quality engineering, a solid understanding of quality control processes, and must possess skills in program management and communication. The position involves approximately 50% travel during peak periods.
