The role
As part of our Hardware and Technical Support group, the Product Coordinator will manage the hardware manufacturing data and coordination of build events associated with Saab Australia’s products. This requires working closely with Hardware Engineers, Procurement team members and Maritime Technicians to ensure all stakeholders have the relevant data, parts, assemblies, and manufacturing information required to the defined schedules.
Further, the successful candidate will:
- Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) management including data collection, part change management and ongoing data auditing in preparation for manufacturing baseline approval
- Processing of all parts and equipment data through to purchase requisitions, which includes generation of supplier information and obtaining approval to purchase
