Hardware Operations Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Hardware Operations Technician to join our team in New Zealand, supporting the maintenance and performance of Halter’s on-farm hardware infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently, resolving technical issues quickly, and helping to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network.

Note this role is Southland based and NZ wide travel is required.

This is a hands‑on position that requires strong technical ability, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to field operations. You may find yourself maintaining and upgrading infrastructure one day and deploying new equipment on‑farm the next.
