Technical Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design including ONT and Residential Gateway, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of full product lifecycle and hardware development processes
- Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience in Digital Circuit systems design with strong OLT/ONT background
- Experience in Wi-Fi RF, antennas hardware design, testing, and certification
- Experience in cost-optimized hardware design and component selection, leveraging local low-cost ecosystems
- Good understanding of mechanical design principles and hardware product design across multiple SKUs
