Role Overview

The Hardware Certification Intermediate Analyst is responsible for managing the certification and update lifecycle of hardware across enterprise environments. This role ensures compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS, while maintaining certified hardware inventories and overseeing driver deployment through tools such as MDT and SCCM.

What You Will Do

Manage hardware certification and updates across enterprise environments, ensure compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, analyze and catalog hardware models and part numbers, perform driver certification, download, classification, and updates, maintain and update driver repositories, validate operating system boot processes, and manage certification logistics and documentation.
