Hard Services Team Leader

The Hard Services Team Leader is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and rectification of all facilities and technical services across our attractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shift across all hard services operations
• Manage on‑duty service providers, including Site Engineers, Team Leaders, Technicians, and external contractors
• Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms and public areas, raising tasks to resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate closely with Assistant Managers and act as a substitute during their absence
• Support colleagues with guidance during PM activities or repair works
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
• Ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules are assigned and completed as per standards
• Prepare and manage OPEX purchase requisitions based on operational needs
