Hands-On Quality Control Manager - Lead Audits & Training

BAP Aerospace de México seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality control team on the production floor in Tijuana. You will oversee outgoing parts quality, plan and direct the QC program, and ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures to promote compliance.

You will develop audit processes, manage training programs, evaluate non-conforming parts, determine root causes, and communicate findings to customers. The role is hands-on, with 90% on the floor and 10% in the office.
