Hands-On CFO for D2C Goods, Scale-Up & Exit Ready

HEMES is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in scaling a D2C physical-goods business and guiding it toward a strategic exit. The role requires deep knowledge of inventory, landed costs, supplier negotiations, and US regulatory environments.

You will own finance end-to-end—from models and forecasting to cash, controls, and IP protection—while building a small, capable finance team as we scale toward a future exit.
