- Responsible for conducting daily gymnastics training sessions, organizing systematic and professional training content according to the characteristics of students of different ages and skill levels, ensuring class quality and training safety.
- Develop and implement scientific training plans, course programs and skill progression frameworks, helping students gradually progress from foundational classes to higher-level competitive gymnastics training.
- Under the guidance of senior coaches, participate in the optimization and improvement of the club’s teaching system and training methods (company will provide systematic training and ongoing professional support).
- Responsible for evaluating and recording students’ training performance, regularly following up on skill progress and setting reasonable development goals and training recommendations.
