- The client's preference is still for a candidate who can work 2–3 days onsite in Markham .
- However, if finding the right onsite candidate proves difficult, they are open to considering candidates located anywhere in Canada .
- They are also willing to consider a phased approach , where the consultant starts remotely/onshore and transitions to onsite as the engagement progresses.
