Job Overview
Guidewire Quality Engineer – Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Full‑time, permanent position requiring 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience as a Guidewire Quality Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations, Billing Center.
- Plan, automate, execute tests and manage defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Guidewire applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing of Guidewire modules.
- Execute API testing and validate data flow between Guidewire and external systems.
- Track and report defects using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
