Guest Services Officer - Onboard Cruise Experience

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Guest Services Officer to join our dynamic team onboard our ships. In this role, you will be the first impression for our guests, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and cash handling expertise.

Your ability to connect with guests through excellent communication and problem resolution will be essential. A minimum of one-year experience in a customer service role is needed, along with cash handling experience.
