Overview

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the front office in a hotel environment and helps set the tone for every guest experience. The role involves collaborating with the hotel team to develop strategies and programs that optimize guest and employee satisfaction, product quality, and revenue opportunities, while maintaining the property’s competitiveness in the market. The manager provides support and training to the Guest Services team in arrivals, departures, reservations, and night audit processes.
