Role Purpose
The Guest Services Agent – Khush Amdeed is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience across all airport touchpoints.
This role acts as the front‑facing brand representative , ensuring guests receive timely assistance, clear guidance, and premium hospitality support during arrivals, departures, lounge access, and on‑ground services, in line with KHUSH AMDEED’s service excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Assistance & Facilitation
- Assist passengers with airport navigation, procedures, and service guidance

- Ensure smooth guest movement and positive service interactions
