Job Overview

Guest Service Experts play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering a wide range of services. This full‑time position is located at Courtyard Hermosillo, Periferico Oriente 1274, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and provide services that enhance the guest dining experience, including setting tables, clearing and replenishing dishes, and addressing guest needs.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain work areas and supplies to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.
• Perform reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Demands

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
