Responsibilities

• Provide effective, efficient service in a friendly manner.
• Check in and out hotel guests according to standards and policies.
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
• Prepare for VIP and all loyalty members arrivals to ensure a flawless check‑in experience.
• Keep front desk stocked, organized, tidied, and sanitized.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well‑groomed appearance adhering to hotel grooming standards.
• Other responsibilities connected with Front Office may be required.
