Novotel Cathedral Square has an opportunity for a Guest Service Agent with a positive can do attitude and fantastic sense of humour to join our Front Office team!
You will perform check ins, check outs, take payments, attend to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and provide total customer satisfaction while complying with hotel health and security procedures.
