The Guest House Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, high-quality service and business profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests, handling inquiries and guest requests and complaints
- Ensuring high guest satisfaction
- Scheduling staff in accordance with operational needs.
- Handling bookings on all platforms (online, WhatsApp, mail, telephonic)
- Daily inspection of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and that the standards of the guest house are met.
- Monitoring stock levels on food, beverages, cleaning products and toiletries and making timely orders where necessary.
