Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, as the Guest Experience Operations Lead, you will be pivotal in managing the Guest Experience team. Your role encompasses ensuring the elevation of guest satisfaction while implementing effective operations. You will also address guest complaints and work closely with multiple departments to streamline processes and improve feedback.
