POSITION SUMMARY

As an At Your Service Agent, you will be the central point of contact for our guests, ensuring all requests and inquiries are handled efficiently and with genuine care. You will play a key role in creating a seamless guest experience by coordinating requests across departments and providing accurate information about the hotel and the destination.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Answering guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication platforms

· Operating the hotel switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate department or extension

· Processing wake-up calls and guest messages accurately and in a timely manner
