Guest Experience Concierge

INTMEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a customer-facing host to welcome clients, escort them from MRT or meeting point to the outlet, and confirm arrivals. You will provide basic information on services and promotions, and ensure smooth handovers to the outlet team.

The role requires punctuality, a neat appearance, and weekend/holiday flexibility. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
