Responsibilities
- Contribute to running HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub Enterprise, including properties, workflows, lifecycle, lead scoring, and reporting
- Manage marketing operations such as ICP gating, lifecycle scoring, and MQL-to-SQL quality enforcement
- Stand up intent data layers and wire signals into HubSpot to support SDR activity
- Build, extend, and operate AI workflows using Claude Code
- Partner with the VP of Ops to support Demand Gen, SDR, Sales, and CS functions
Requirements
