As a GTM Lead, you will own the company's revenue motion end to end, from activation through expansion. This is a senior, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. You are accountable for the full funnel and will build the systems, processes, and strategies that turn a product-led growth engine into a scalable and diversified revenue machine.
You will define what a product-qualified lead looks like, build the scoring and routing logic behind it, and stand up an enterprise motion from scratch, including pricing, packaging, and handoff playbooks. You will own the upgrade and retention surfaces in partnership with Product, and architect the RevOps infrastructure in HubSpot that makes everything measurable and repeatable.
