GTM Financial Analyst, Salesforce Spiff Ops (Remote)

Visa Hunt is seeking a GTM Financial Analyst – Salesforce Spiff Operations to own end-to-end design, administration, validation, and optimization of Salesforce Spiff incentive programs within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role partners with GTM leadership to ensure data integrity and payout accuracy.

You will support FP&A budgeting and forecasting, build Salesforce reports and dashboards, model revenue scenarios, and drive insights on incentive ROI.
