This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our GTM teams are equipped with the resources, tools, and information they need to be successful and effective in their role.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for SDRs, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to accelerate ramp‑up and productivity
Build ongoing enablement frameworks that reinforce skills, process discipline, product knowledge, and tool mastery
Collaborate with managers to ensure every team member stays sharp on messaging, methodology, and execution consistency
Turning strategy into Adoption
Translate process changes, GTM innovations, and product updates into structured enablement plans and bite‑sized training assets (guides, micro‑learnings, certifications)
