The Role We’re hiring a GTM associate to own Faction’s top‑of‑funnel outbound execution. This is a hands‑on execution role. You’ll work inside a semi‑defined process, coordinate daily with our sales team, and be measured on throughput, accuracy, and follow‑through. The core workflow: identify target accounts → build persona lists in Sales Navigator → personalize and launch Lemlist campaigns → monitor and flag replies for handoff. We’re currently sending ~175 – 200 outbound messages per week. The goal is 600+.
What You’ll Do
- Build target persona lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on ICP criteria and buyer/champion personas provided by the team
- Create, personalize, and launch outbound sequences in Lemlist using email and LinkedIn
- Draft personalized follow‑up messages using provided frameworks, with increasing autonomy over time as you learn our voice and positioning
