The Role We're hiring a GTM associate to own Faction's top‐of‐funnel outbound execution.This is a hands‐on execution role.You'll work inside a semi‐defined process, coordinate daily with our sales team, and be measured on throughput, accuracy, and follow‐through.The core workflow: identify target accounts → build persona lists in Sales Navigator → personalize and launch Lemlist campaigns → monitor and flag replies for handoff.We're currently sending ~********* outbound messages per week.The goal is 600+.
