This role is ideal for skilled installers specializing in tile and ceramic work, who can deliver high‑quality finishes in a fast‑paced renovation environment. All work is assigned using a pre‑approved pricing structure—no quoting required—with consistent bi‑weekly payments.

Scope of Work

The subcontractor will be responsible for tile and ceramic installation scopes, including but not limited to:

• Installation of floor and wall tile (ceramic, porcelain, etc.)
