Nagarro is seeking a Customer Success & Growth Manager in the Philippines to support members throughout their journey, driving engagement and account growth. In this role, you will build strong relationships, deliver exceptional support, and help grow memberships while collaborating to improve customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in customer success and account management, excellent communication skills, and is proactive and solution-oriented. The position will require working a 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM shift, Tuesday to Saturday.
