Growth Specialist sought to understand customer behavior, identify frictions, and improve conversion funnels. The role is the tactical driver of the Growth team, working with the Growth Manager to optimize the user journey from discovery to conversion. Mission: identify opportunities for improvement at each funnel step and turn them into simpler, more efficient experiences for customers.
Responsibilities
Analyze and audit our conversion funnels to pinpoint where we win or lose opportunities.
Combine quantitative and qualitative data to identify real frictions in the user experience.
Use digital analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings to detect improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the commercial team to understand questions, objections, and barriers faced by potential customers.
