We are looking for a hands‑on Commercial Lead to take ownership of growth. This is a small‑CRO role for someone ready to step up in their career, take responsibility, and prove they can build and lead a full commercial engine.

This is not a corporate role. There is no large team, large budget, or heavy structure. You will own the commercial performance of FrontDesk Master, with both the upside and the downside that comes with it. For the right person, an ESOP / stock option package may be possible.
