Growth Operator & P&L Leader (DTC/Retail) - Equity

Sur Global is seeking an operator to help scale its DTC, retail, and eCommerce business. You’ll work with the founder, owning revenue growth, profitability, and product launches across channels, from DTC to marketplaces. Expect hands-on execution across strategy and operations.

You’ll drive KPI dashboards, forecasting, and data-driven decisions, while visiting the Mexico City office weekly to align with leadership and partners.
