We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Iberia team on a 6-month temporary contract. We need someone with comprehensive experience in performance and loyalty marketing, capable of leading acquisition and engagement on web and app. Your role will be to design the full-funnel strategy across paid media and lifecycle marketing, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and ROI improvement. The mission is to increase qualified leads, reduce CAC, maximize LTV, and optimize every euro invested.

You will report to the Marketing Director and lead a team of two – a Digital Specialist and a Lifecycle Specialist.
