About the Role
VIAS is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline growth across key Business Units by turning strategy into high-impact execution.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional marketing role for someone who can translate technical solutions into compelling campaigns, content, and digital experiences that generate demand. You will work across multiple channels and initiatives, including email, social media, landing pages, webinars, events, outbound support, and performance tracking.
You will also be expected to use AI tools confidently and practically to improve the speed, quality, and scale of marketing execution. We are looking for a marketer who combines strong execution skills with commercial thinking, digital fluency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different parts of the business.
