We’re seeking an experiencedGrowth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Liligo team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to turn anonymous web traffic into high-value, identifiable user cohorts. In this role, you will not just be writing newsletters;
you will own the critical intersection of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), mobile push architecture, and first-party data capture. Your primary goal is to maximize the conversion rate of anonymous visitors into direct, reachable relationships (via email and device tokens), building a robust data asset that fuels our retention engines and feeds back into our performance advertising models.
