We're hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager. Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years we've grown into one of India's leading experiential learning companies, with over 750 journeys, 50 partner schools, and 30,000 students having travelled with us! We've spent those years making the experience exceptional. We've spent far less building the engine around it — how we reach new audiences, how we tell our story, and how every team shows up with one consistent voice. That's the job. What you'll work on: Growth — find and open new audiences and channels, and run the experiments that move the numbers. This is the core of the role. Marketing & brand — build what barely exists today: our marketing, our social, our content, the way we tell our story.
