Growth Manager, Appdev Sales, Hybrid/Mms Program (Spanish, English)

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 4 years of experience working with customers and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
- Experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders with excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, influencing, written and verbal business communication skills.
