Job Description Summary
The Growth Management Office (GMO) is the strategic nerve centre of our growth organisation – a high-impact team working at the intersection of strategy, finance and cross-functional execution. As a GMO Intern you will be embedded in a team that manages a complex growth portfolio across geographies, technologies and value chain stages. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully from day one – think, analyse and help drive outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Support the development and continuous update of the Growth Programme Business Plan, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, country roadmaps and corporate direction.
- Contribute to portfolio management and stage-gate processes, supporting project prioritisation based on value creation, risk profile and strategic fit.
