Growth Lead (Head of Marketing)
Own BiSol Labs’ marketing and growth — LinkedIn content, B2B outreach, and lead generation. Lead our growth from the front. You'll own marketing end to end — brand, content, and pipeline — with real autonomy. This is a long‑term ownership role (we work on an equity / deferred‑pay model), for someone who wants to build something, not just collect a title.
Must have
- Has managed social media for a brand before (not just personal accounts)
- Can write in English — captions, LinkedIn posts, cold outreach emails
- Understands B2B marketing — selling to businesses vs consumers
- Basic knowledge of what a software agency does (Flutter, web, backend)
- Can work independently — no hand-holding on daily tasks
Good to have
- Has run LinkedIn content specifically (our primary channel)
- Knows SEO basics or has run any paid campaign
