About the Role: Project: Grillo Insights Hours: 10-15 hours per week (~2 hours per day, Monday to Friday) Location: 100% Remote (Global) Compensation and Benefits (Base Performance Bonus): Base Salary: $350 USD per month (~$6,300 MXN fixed base). Growth Bonus: $1.00 USD (~$18 MXN) for every single new organic email subscriber net added to our Substack. Earning Potential: If our community strategies yield 100-150 new subscribers a month, your actual compensation scales directly to $450 - $500 USD per month.
