Growth Creative Strategist: Testing & Customer Journeys

More Staffing LLC is seeking a Growth Creative Strategist to manage the creative testing for a high-consideration DTC ecommerce brand. In this role, you will oversee the creative testing roadmap, mapping customer journeys from awareness to conversion, and developing effective messaging for each stage.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or growth marketing, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to analyze data for informed creative decisions. Bonus points for experience in furniture/home goods marketing.
