What You’ll Do
Growth & Marketing
Brainstorm and run creative campaigns (giveaways, collabs, referral programs)
Drive traffic, engagement, and actual bookings
Run and test paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Content Creation & Storytelling
Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Write blogs, captions, and newsletters that inspire people to go on adventures
Curate and share user-generated content from adventurers and suppliers
Sales Support & Conversion
**Turn interest into action**: follow up on leads, group inquiries, and companies
Collaborate with suppliers on promotions and limited-time offers
Supplier & Community Growth
Help onboard new suppliers and co-create campaigns
Build relationships with content creators, adventurers, and outdoor communities
