What You Will Own
1. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track every lead across channels — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Organic, Referral
- Build daily, weekly, monthly visibility
- No gaps, no guesswork — numbers should match reality
2. Dashboards (Real-Time)
- Build clean, simple dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI)
- Show what actually matters:
- Leads by city
- CPL by channel
- Conversion rates
- Funnel drop-offs
- Anyone should be able to look at it and understand performance in 2 minutes
