SUMMARY
Bevo Farms Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grower to support greenhouse production operations at our Medicine Hat, AB location. This role is essential to maintaining plant health, production efficiency, and quality standards in a large-scale greenhouse environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and implement procedures, in coordination with the Operations Manager and Grower, for all aspects of crop production including seeding, preparation, sticking, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation, lighting, and temperature control
- Monitor crops and greenhouse systems to ensure optimal growing conditions, including equipment uses, space allocation, and facility management
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on greenhouse equipment, or coordinate with trades personnel as required
