The Sales Manager, Groups role focuses on identifying and managing group opportunities that generate guestroom and event F&B revenue, as well as business travel sales, across defined market segments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hotel teams, Hyatt Sales Force, Convention Bureaus and other partners to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction, increasing market share.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations to enable future bookings through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
