The Role
The Group Strategy, Transformation and Risk function within the Strategy, Innovation and Transformation (SIT) Directorate is responsible for reviewing and assessing the emergent business environment, evolving customer needs, identifying potential growth opportunities, and determining ESB’s overall Group Strategy. It is also responsible for managing the Company’s enterprise risk process and ensuring that major risks (and their controls) are identified, monitored, and escalated appropriately through co-ordination of the delivery of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process. This includes liaising with Business Units/Directorates, Key Corporate Functions, the Executive Committee (ExCo) to ensure that ESB’s critical enterprise-level risks are appropriately monitored and managed.
