Group Reservations Specialist - Luxury Hotel Experience

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is looking for a Group Reservations Agent to join our Revenue and Reservations team. You will manage extranet communications, act as the first contact for room reservations, and ensure guest requests are handled with FIVE-star service.

You should have 1–2 years luxury hotel experience, mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook, Opera PMS, and Genesys; fluency in English; and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
