Group Leader

Job Description

As a Group Leader, you are the DC Operations Supervisor’s right hand. You will lead other team members and coordinate workflow within the department to ensure merchandise is processed and shipped in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. You are the primary trainer for new hires, teaching best practices while maintaining a culture of safety. When not training or leading, the Group Leader will physically assist the team in material handling and merchandise processing.

Your Responsibilities
