Role responsibilities
The Group HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, Environment, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant, sustainable, and socially responsible work environment across the organization. The role ensures compliance with local legislation, international standards (e.g., ILO, IFC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ESG reporting requirements, and internal company policies.
The role is responsible for advising and assisting management in fulfilling their responsibilities related to Health, Safety, Environmental protection, sustainability, and corporate governance.
