Key Responsibilities

• Payroll coordination, overtime deductions, incentives, performance KPI tracking.
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, punctuality and productivity monitoring.
• Incident and disciplinary case handling.
• Accommodation and transportation coordination.
• Maintain strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• HRMS and attendance systems knowledge.
• UAE labor law compliance.
